What is it? ModelCo have teamed up with Karl Lagerfeld to produce a limited edition range of makeup products. This soft wax lip liner pencil in Rosewood comes from that collaboration.
Who is it for? A good colour which should suit most skin tones. ModelCo is cruelty-free and a PETA certified cosmetics company.
How do you use it? Outline the desired shape of your lips, start from the middle to the outer corners. I also use it to fill in the actual lips as well.
What’s the damage? £25 (I got it in a Glossybox)
I’m not generally a fan of lip liners, I used to use them in my teens and 20s when they were sharp and scratchy and I could never draw a proper line with them. This offering from ModelCo and Karl Lagerfeld couldn’t be more different.
I’ve like every ModelCo product that I’ve used, their formulas are great on my skin which has become a lot more fussy over recent years. This lip pencil is really easy to use, it virtually glides on, it’s so soft and creamy. I’ve had no problems drawing a line with it as it’s not really finely pointed. I also use it to fill in my lips. It teams brilliantly with my Lipstick Queen Frog Prince lipstick.
