What is it? Ladival DNA Repair After Sun Gel provides cooling relief and alleviates sun-related reddening, whilst supporting the natural regeneration process for sun damaged skin. The formula contains dexpanthenol and vitamin E to provide additional skin moisturising and nurturing benefits. Ladival DNA Repair After Sun also contains Photolyase enzyme which is found naturally in the blue-green algae Anacystis Nidulans, the formula utilises this enzyme to help repair DNA damage, restore structure and reduce the development of sun damaged cells; thus supporting the skin’s natural regeneration process. Restoration of damaged DNA results in better protection for skin against the long-term effects of UVB.
Who is it for? Suitable for all skin types, but obviously if you are very sensitive do a patch test. I get eczema on my legs when I do a lot of swimming and this product didn’t irritate me at all.
How do you use it? Apply liberally to clean dry skin after being in the sun, I used this every evening on holiday after my shower. It absorbs really quickly so you don’t have to wait around for ages before getting dressed.

I received a bottle of Ladival DNA repair After Sun Gel in one of my monthly beauty boxes. I’d never used it before but took it away with me to Cyprus a couple of weeks ago. It’s probably one of the cheapest aftersuns I’ve ever used but it’s the best. It’s so easy to apply, absorbs really quickly and soothes the skin after being out in the sun.
This is a definite addition to my holiday suitcase; but don’t forget to use after sun at home as well!
