Score: 💋💋

There are 3 masks in the range from Korean influenced, London based Company, Maskorea: ‘Instant Glow’, ‘Turn Back the Clock’ and ‘Too Many Late Nights’. I went for Instant Glow.

The mask has 3 steps in one package, which is a great idea if you’re travelling; you’ve got the cleanser, mask and moisturiser all in one handily designed sachet. The cleanser is a foaming cleanser which I found too drying, after using it my skin was really tight. The mask was easy to get out of the sachet and unlike other sheet masks I’ve tried there wasn’t a lot of serum left in the packaging, it had picked up the majority. The mask was folded up and I really struggled to open it, I then took several minutes to get it onto my face. I just don’t get on with sheet masks! The bit of mask between my nose and moth was so twisted that I ended up grabbing my manicure scissors and cutting it off. When I tried to distribute the serum over the mask I ended up messing it up again so I had to settle for ‘almost’ in the right place. What I do like about masks though, is lying around for half an hour while they take effect.

After 30 minutes I removed the mask and applied the night cream over the the residue. Luckily I did this in the early evening, because it took well over 2 hours for the stickiness to dissipate so that I could go to bed. If you’re going to use one of these masks bear this in mind and don’t use it 20 minutes before you go to sleep.

The next morning my skin did look and feel moisturised, but I’ve given a fairly low score as I wasn’t keen on the cleanser and the actual mask was very difficult to use.
